Thursday, January 7th, marked the official kick-off of the 2016 Levy campaign in support of Goodwill partner, the Clermont County Board of Developmental Disabilities. Held at the Union Township Civic Center, the event was designed to provide information about the Clermont County Board of DD to interested visitors and supporters. In addition, the kick-off offered a a chance for people to volunteer to help share the importance of the levy with the larger community.
Goodwill Marketing Manager, Sharon Hannon, attended the Kick-off event and is on the committee to support people with disabilities; which is helping to plan levy campaign activities. Ohio Valley Goodwill serves more than 40 individuals through its partnership with the Clermont County Board of Developmental Disabilities at its Eastside Vocational Services Center in Batavia.
“Ohio Valley Goodwill is happy to offer our support in helping Clermont DD to share their important story with the community about their vital programs and services for people with disabilities,” said Sharon Hannon, Marketing Manager. The Clermont DD renewal levy will be on the ballot March 15, 2016.
