Graphic Design by Megan Gordon Ohio Valley Goodwill is abuzz with the many preparations needed to make the 2009 ” What Matters Most” Fashion Show, an outstanding success and the must-see social event of the season. Sponsored by the Community Ambassadors Resource Alliance (CARA) group, [of which Goodwill is a long-time member], the Fashion Show is a special event designed to create awareness about the ambition and ability of all individuals with disabilities. Proceeds from the uniquely thrilling show will benefit the ” People for MR/DD Services”. Ohio Valley Goodwill has worked in partnership with the Hamilton County Board of MR/DD for more than 25 years and through its long-time relationship serves more than 400 individuals annually. The models for the 2009 ” What Matters Most” Fashion Show include participants in Goodwill’s many programs and services as well as staff members in its many different divisions. Fashions for the show will be provided through Goodwill’s network of 14 retail stores and boutiques. While Ohio Valley Goodwill is a primary sponsor of the 2009 Fashion Show, the organization is proud to be supporting the debut of Nikki Martin, a fashion design artist affiliated with co-sponsor, Visionaries and Voices.
