Thursday, March 7th was action-packed for Ohio Valley Goodwill as the organization spent the whole day involved in a series of media and community outreach events. The busy Thursday marked the full day shoot of two brand new television commercials in partnership with Northlich Advertising and Yellowhaus Production company designed to bring awareness to all of the wonderful shopping finds at your local Goodwill. Everything from home décor to fashion must-haves were showcased in the two new spots which will air later this Spring. Goodwill is excited about these new TV spots which represent the first formal retail campaign ads the agency has produced on behalf of its network of 18 stores in the Greater Cincinnati community.
While all of the excitement was taking place with the filming of the new TV spots, at Ohio Valley Goodwill’s Tri-County store, Facebook Live host Alisha Tyler was also presenting a Spring Fashion Show featuring model and CARE program participant, Kristine Agoston. Kristine has previously been involved in television commercials on behalf of the organization as well as several major Fashion Show events in support of long-time partner Hamilton County DD Services. Kristine’s charming personality and modeling expertise can be viewed on Facebook Live at http://www.facebook.com/cincigoodwill Our most sincere thanks to Kristine and CARE supervisor, Lois Kramer for their assistance in the Spring Fashion Show.
Finally, the evening was filled with two Provider Fair events held at both Sycamore High School and the Warren County Board of Developmental Disabilities. Dozens of interested parents, students, families, teachers and professionals attended these events seeking information about possible programs and services for both transition students as well as adults with disabilities. Goodwill was pleased to be an exhibitor for these two important community outreach events.
