2015 Extreme Truck Make-Over at Goodwill

Ohio Valley Goodwill’s Auto Auction was a beehive of excitement on Saturday, December 12th as dozens of car and truck enthusiasts crowded around to see the big reveal of the newly renovated Chevrolet Colorado truck; this year’s Extreme Truck Make-Over vehicle. Sponsored by 55KRC in partnership with Dale Donovan of Donovan’s Auto and Tire Center and a host of other sponsors including  Frank’s Heavy Truck Repair, Jeff Pohlman Tires, Interstate Batteries and Valvoline Oil, this is the fifth year that the Extreme Make-Over event has been held to benefit Goodwill.

This year’s delighted buyer won the bidding contest with a bid of $6400.00. New sponsor, Frank’s Heavy Truck Repair  did the  body work needed to transform this year’s featured vehicle into a  collector’s item.  Valvoline Oil Company   donated all of the  oil changing services, and a new battery was installed courtesy of Interstate Batteries. In addition, Jeff Pohlman Tires  donated all new tires for the truck. By the time Dale Donovan and his team of generous sponsors  were done, this year’s Extreme Truck Make-Over was this season’s must-have holiday gift!

Proceeds from the Goodwill Auto Auction and the Extreme Make-Over event support the organization’s century-old mission of helping people with disabilities and our nation’s veterans to go to work in our community.
