Ohio Valley Goodwill Announces Staff Promotions
Introducing our new Employment Services and Support Leadership team!”¯
Ohio Valley Goodwill is excited to announce the promotion of four Employment Service and Community Support team members. These teams are responsible for providing all OOD (Opportunities for Ohioans with Disabilities) funded services that assist individuals in preparing for, obtaining and maintaining successful employment.”¯
Katie Bibee has been promoted from her role as Employment Services Supervisor to Employment Services Manager. Katie has been employed at Goodwill for eight years in the Employment Services department and is the consummate professional. She is well-regarded by our referral partners as well as the individuals she supports and their teams. We congratulate Katie on her promotion to Employment Services Manager and look forward to the contributions of Katie and her team towards the future employment of individuals served.
Terry Wilson who has been serving as Coaching Supervisor is now the Community Supports Manager. Terry has been with Goodwill for nine years and has worked hard within the organization to attain his current position. Terry originally started his career with Goodwill in the Work Evaluation and Clerical training department and then became the Job Coaching Supervisor. Ohio Valley Goodwill congratulates Terry on his career achievements and current position as Community Supports Manager.
Nicole Stanford began her career with Goodwill as an Employment Specialist helping individuals with disabilities and other barriers to employment, to obtain jobs in the Greater Cincinnati community. As an Employment Specialist, Nicole worked closely with community employers, referral partners, individuals and their teams to attain employment positions and help people to achieve personal success. Now as the new Employment Services Supervisor, Nicole will be working closely with her team to assist individuals in their employment and career journeys. Nicole has been with Goodwill since 2019. Congratulations to Nicole on her promotion to Employment Services Supervisor.
Lisa Martin has served Goodwill as an Employment Specialist for the past five years and has been featured in educational video promotions in the past for her support of the individuals she serves in their search for employment. Lisa is an outstanding advocate for the individuals she supports and well-respected by employers, referral partners and team members. Ohio Valley Goodwill congratulates Lisa on her promotion to Community Supports Supervisor and looks forward to the success of she and her team in helping individuals to attain their employment goals.
