Ohio Valley Goodwill is delighted to announce its new partnership with Purses 4 A Purpose, an event which benefits the Aubrey Rose Foundation and services for families with children facing life-threatening illnesses. This year, guests supporting the Purses 4 A Purpose fund-raiser, will also have the opportunity to make a clothing donation to Ohio Valley Goodwill on the night of the June 17th event which will take place at Covington Catholic High School in Northern Kentucky. Donations to Goodwill are sold in the organization’s network of retail stores in order to raise funds to support the organization’s mission of putting people with disabilities and our nation’s veterans to work in the Greater Cincinnati community.
” Goodwill is looking forward to the Purses 4 A Purpose event and donation opportunity because it allows us to share our mission with our Northern Kentucky friends as well as to support the Aubrey Rose Foundation and its good work,” said Jeff Eastham, Goodwill Operations Director. Ohio Valley Goodwill has been providing employment and training programs for people with disabilities and our nation’s veterans for almost 100 years and last year, helped almost 1000 people to get jobs in the Greater Cincinnati community.
