Friday, August 4th will kick off the Ohio Sales Tax Holiday for Back-to-School supplies at Goodwill’s network of Ohio-based retail stores. For the third straight year, the state of Ohio is offering a three-day sales tax holiday to help residents save money on back-to-school purchases. And, as always, Goodwill’s network of 17 retail stores are filled with everything kids need this Back-to-School shopping season- and at much, much less! With new shipments of school supplies, on-trend Fall fashion and even backpacks, Goodwill can be your Back-to-School shopping HQ during the Ohio Sales Tax Holiday.
The Sales Tax holiday runs from Friday, August 4th- Sunday, August 6th and the following items will be exempt from salestax: clothing priced at $75 per item or less; school supplies priced at $20 per item or less, and school instructional material priced at $20 per item or less.
