Goodwill Prepares for Official Grand Opening of New West Chester Store!

It will indeed be a very lucky day for residents of the West Chester community as Ohio Valley Goodwill’s newest store celebrates its official Grand Opening on Thursday, March 17th, St. Patrick’s Day! The new Goodwill store is located at 7773 Cincinnati-Dayton Road in West Chester. Goodwill will hold a gala ribbon-cutting ceremony at 8:45 am that morning and the store will officially open for customers at 9:00 am. In fitting Irish tradition, Goodwill will be welcoming shoppers with free donuts (with green sprinkles!) and coffee in the morning and then, for a bit of Italian flavor, pizza in the afternoon. In addition, there will be a drawing for a $10 Gift Certificate to be used on purchase at a later date every 30 minutes! The brand new Goodwill store features an easy-to-shop interior with wide, welcoming aisles as well as easy to reach display shelves. With large, spacious dressing rooms and multiple check-out lanes, the West Chester store will be appreciated by local shoppers. The store also offers a convenient drive-thru donation area at the rear of the store which makes it easy to do your Spring cleaning this year. The new store is the sixteenth store in the Greater Cincinnati area for Ohio Valley Goodwill and is particularly noteworthy this year, because the Grand Opening takes place during the organization’s celebration of its 100th anniversary of service. Since 1916, Goodwill has been providing employment and training programs for people with disabilities and our nation’s veterans and helping them to get jobs. It is the support of our wonderful shoppers and donors over the past century that has made the organization’s mission of service possible.
