What is GoodLife Services?
GoodLife Services empowers individuals with developmental disabilities through job training, life skills development, and community participation. We focus on helping people build independence, gain confidence, and reach their goals—whether that means finding a job, making new connections, or learning new skills.

Our Services Include:
GoodSkills Work Adjustment Training
- Hands-on, structured job training
- Focus on workplace behaviors, soft skills, and real-world experience
- Builds confidence and readiness for competitive employment
Eligibility: - Adults with developmental disabilities seeking employment readiness
- Referred by a vocational rehabilitation agency or service provider
GoodChoice (Works4Me) Participant-Directed Planning
- Personalized life and career planning
- Support for goal setting and connecting with community resources
- Empowers individuals to take an active role in their future
Eligibility: - Adults with developmental disabilities interested in self-directed planning
- Referred by a disability services provider or support agency
GoodLife CARE (Community, Advocacy, Recreation, and Education)
- Meaningful community activities, volunteerism, and recreation
- Opportunities for personal growth and social inclusion
- Educational experiences that promote independence
Eligibility: - Adults with developmental disabilities interested in community engagement
- Support plan in place through a service provider
GoodWorks Group and Individual Employment Support
- Structured employment opportunities in team settings
- On-the-job coaching with competitive wages
- Develops job skills and promotes career advancement
Eligibility: - Adults with developmental disabilities seeking employment
- Referred by a vocational rehabilitation agency or service provider
GoodFutures Transition Youth Services
- Career exploration and pre-employment training for youth ages 14–22
- Internships, job shadowing, and workplace readiness
- Prepares students for life after high school
Eligibility: - Youth with developmental disabilities preparing for workforce entry
- Must have an IEP or 504 Plan (if applicable)
