#1: Festive Front Door Décor
Impress your neighbors and trick-or-treaters with themed front door décor! Upcycle a Goodwill wreath or wreath form to create one of these crafts:
- Spooky wreath: Spray paint a wicker or straw wreath all black and glue on faux spiders, bats, or cobwebs for a spooky look!
- Cute candy wreath: Use a hot glue gun to attach wrapped candy or candy corn to a wreath form. Tie it together with a gingham ribbon. Sweet!
- Mini pumpkin wreath: Look for faux miniature pumpkins and spray paint them with metallic spray paint, like gold, bronze, or silver. Add gemstones or glitter for some extra sparkle. Then, attach the pumpkins to a wreath form with hot glue.
- Mummy wrapped wreath: Wrap a wreath form with thin strips of white fabric. Leave a small bare space and add googly eyes!

If you love to go all-out with scary Halloween décor, this DIY project is for you! Transform a used plastic dollhouse into a ” haunted mansion” with just a few simple steps. First, look for a plastic dollhouse “” you can often find gently used options at Goodwill! Then, sand down the plastic and add a coat of black spray paint. Add details like miniature pumpkins, skeletons, broomsticks, and Halloween-themed figurines. You can even add mini LED string lights to the inside of the house for a spooky glow!
