Danny Williams Journey towards Employment
As part of Ohio Valley Goodwill’s celebration of National Disability Employment Awareness Month, Ohio Valley Goodwill is pleased to share the story of Danny Williams.
Danny originally came to Ohio Valley Goodwill in the summer of 2022 as part of its Summer Youth program while still in high school. Danny also has an Associate’s degree from Cincinnati State. Danny is currently working with Goodwill Employment Specialist, Lisa Martin on trying to find a job that will work for his interests. Danny has a variety of interests including that he loves books and is a published author on Amazon. He loves to talk walks, spending time with family and especially
with his dog, ” Angel.”
He is also very involved with the Bond Hill Community Council as well as his church. Danny’s activism and citizenship demonstrate some of the many assets that he brings to his local neighborhood as well as his future prospective employer.
