The morning of Saturday, November 9th marked the momentous Goodwill Fall Auto Auction featuring the 55KRC Car Make-over vehicle which Dale Donovan and Frank’s CarStar had completely renovated and restored over the past few months. The 2003 Chevrolet Impala was in spectacular condition due to the hard work of Donovan and Frank’s CarStar. Dozens of car enthusiasts gathered at this week’s Auto Auction for the big reveal and the chance to bid on the newly renovated car. The recently restored 55KRC car was sold early on to an excited bidder for $7900.00. All proceeds from the weekly Auto Auction goes towards the organization’s vital programs and services for our nation’s veterans and people with disabilities. “We appreciate the sponsorship of 55KRC, Dale Donovan and Frank’s CarStar in this important Car Makeover event which benefits our mission of service to the Greater Cincinnati community,” said Kim Masters, Goodwill Transportation Manager. “We certainly look forward to next year’s wonderful partnership,” added Masters. Ohio Valley Goodwill’s Auto Auction has been operating for more than 10 years and is a weekly event at the organization’s headquarters on Saturday mornings. Located at 10600 Springfield Pike in the village of Woodlawn, the Auto Auction offers unbeatable bargains for interested car buyers. A new Auction list is posted on the Goodwill Cars website each week on Friday afternoons. To sign up to receive this list, visit www.goodwillcars.com. Ohio Valley Goodwill is grateful to 55KRC, Dale Donovan, Frank’s CarStar and all of our Auto Auction supporters for the success of this annual Car Makeover event.
