"Ohio Valley Goodwill Partners With Benchmark Outfitters for Winter Coat Drive!"

Ohio Valley Goodwill is delighted to join together with Benchmark Outfitters in Blue Ash to collect coats in support of the organization’s mission of helping people with disabilities and our nation’s veterans. From now until January 31, 2013, when you donate a coat at the Benchmark store, you will receive a $10.00 coupon toward the purchase of a new  item in their store. All coats collected will be donated to Ohio Valley Goodwill Industries. Benchmark Outfitters also has a location in Lexington, KY where collection efforts will benefit Goodwill Industries of Kentucky. “We were excited to enter into this collection arrangement with Goodwill Industries as we

know that our collection drive supports a truly worthy purpose,” said Chris Glaser, Benchmark Outfitters Outreach Manager. Each year, Ohio Valley Goodwill Industries serves more than 3,100 men and women with disabilities, homeless veterans and other with barriers to employment. During 2011, the organization placed 818 individuals into competitive community employment. “We appreciate the support that we receive from the community. Donation drives such as the one being conducted by Benchmark Outfitters helps us to make programs and services available for the many people that we serve,” said George Palmer, Goodwill’s PR and Marketing Director.
