“Goodwill has been involved with the Autism Expo since it started seven years ago and is pleased to be able to share information about its many programs and services with interested families,” said Sharon Hannon, Marketing Specialist. Goodwill offers a variety of options for individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder including Skills Training, Work Adjustment, Job Placement, Job Coaching, and even a more social-recreational, personal development program called CARE which stands for the Center for Advocacy, Recreation and Education. Attendees enjoyed the beautiful Fall weather along with the many informative aspects of this year’s Autism Expo. “Goodwill is always very happy to be a participant in this important annual community outreach event,” said Hannon, Goodwill Marketing Specialist.
