"Goodwill Partcipants Help Hamilton County Board with Surveys!"

Wednesday, June 17th was a busy day at Ohio Valley Goodwill. Members of its Consumer Advisory Committee (CAC) were willing participants in the 2009 Blue Ribbon Survey interview process being conducted by long-time partner, the Hamilton County Board of MR/DD. The surveys were being completed in order to determine satisfaction with Hamilton County Board Service Facilitation team members who work with sponsored individuals.

The Blue Ribbon Survey process took place in Goodwill’s Community Room and included more than 20 representatives from its Consumer Advisory Committee. The long-time advocacy group’s mission is to work towards improving the quality and accessibility of services at Ohio Valley Goodwill as well as in the larger community. One of the hallmarks of this group is its commitment to community education and outreach. CAC members are particularly dedicated this year towards helping to support the successful passage of the Hamilton County Board’s operating levy this November.
