What to Expect at the Goodwill Outlet
When merchandise isn’t purchased in our typical retail stores, it’s sent to the Goodwill Outlet and sold at our lowest prices. Sifting through “the Bins” is a unique shopping experience for bargain hunters who love finding hidden gems.
Our new Cincinnati Goodwill Outlet even has a café — so you can shop and stay a while as the bins are rotated!
We ask that all shoppers follow our guidelines and policies:
- Be kind.
- To remain fair to all customers, selected items should be purchased within the hour
- Merchandise is sold as-is. No deals will be made.
- All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges.
- Young children MUST be accompanied by an adult at all times.
