MELP: Medical Equipment Loaner Program

The medical support equipment described below is being loaned to you by Ohio Valley Goodwill Industries for a flat $5 fee per item. The equipment can be returned at same location to receive $5 back with store receipt. This equipment is used equipment which has been donated to Goodwill and has not been made or maintained by Goodwill. Goodwill makes no warranties or representations, express or implied, as to any matter whatsoever, including without limitation the condition of the equipment, its merchantability or its fitness for any particular purpose, and, as to goodwill, you take this equipment "as-is". Goodwill shall not be liable to you or to any other person for any direct, indirect, consequential or incidental loss, cost or damage whatsoever, arising in connection with the equipment.

PLEASE NOTE: The primary contact person will be unavailable to respond to urgent requests between June 28, 2024 and July 8, 2024. Requests will be addressed as quickly as possible when they return on July 8, 2024. Thank You.
