The final sunny days of summer are fading into fall, and we’re about to enter the season of giving! This time of year always reminds us to express our gratitude and give back to others whenever possible. At Ohio Valley Goodwill, we appreciate your donation and shopping support during the season of giving and all year round.
Your generosity powers our mission to change lives through the power of work, giving individuals with disabilities the opportunity to find jobs they enjoy in their home communities! We know that employment is more than a way to earn a living; it also provides pathways to independence, self-confidence, and true workplace inclusion.

Donate to Goodwill and make a difference in your community
Give your gently-used clothing
If you’re like most people, you probably have clothes in your closet that you don’t wear. We all have our favorite items, which often leaves a fraction of our closets filled with unworn clothing. Are you still hanging onto clothes that are outdated, not your style, or simply don’t fit? Donate them to Goodwill! Ohio Valley Goodwill gladly accepts donations of clothing, shoes, jewelry, and accessories in any size or style. When you donate clothes to Goodwill, you’ll clean out your closet and give back to your community at the same time!

Give your unwanted household items
Just like your closet, if your house is getting cluttered, it could be time to donate to Goodwill! You can donate a variety of household goods to Goodwill, including kitchenware, holiday decorations, linens, small electronics and appliances, books, and more. Check out our list of what we can (and cannot) accept. Once you’ve gathered what you want to donate, head to your nearest Ohio Valley Goodwill donation center and drop off your donations. We make it quick and easy to donate in Cincinnati so you can get back to your busy day.
Give your old car
You probably know that Goodwill is the place to donate your pre-owned clothing and household items, but did you know that you can also donate a car to Ohio Valley Goodwill? We accept donations of cars, SUVs, trucks, RVs, and even motorcycles and boats for our weekly Auto Auction in Cincinnati! If you have an older car that’s taking up space in your garage or driveway, donate it to Ohio Valley Goodwill. You can also support Ohio Valley Goodwill by shopping in any of our stores or on shopgoodwill.com, our online auction site. You’ll find amazing deals on new and gently-used items and help fund job training programs and employment services for individuals with disabilities and other barriers to employment!
