Goodwill Announces Grand Re-Opening of Retail Stores and Related Businesses!
Ohio Valley Goodwill Industries is pleased to announce the official Grand Re-Opening of its Greater Cincinnati retail stores effective May 14th! Like many other businesses, the organization was closed during the mandated shut-down in response to the Coronavirus from late March until May 12th. The Goodwill team took advantage of the time to thoroughly deep clean its 18 retail stores and collect and organize new Spring fashions for display when the stores were able to re-open. Shoppers will notice that Goodwill team members will be adhering to all health and safety recommendations from the Department of Health including the wearing of face masks, use of gloves, on-going wipe down of carts and all high touch surfaces, social distancing and everything needed to ensure the safety of our guests and our team members. The official re-opening on May 14th and throughout the month of May will be the launch of the ” Celebrate You!” campaign which will focus on thanking shoppers for their support during the long closure of the organization’s network of retail stores.

As most of our customers know, when they shop Goodwill, they are also helping individuals with disabilities and our nation’s veterans to get jobs in the community. The recent closure was financially very tough on the organization and we are looking forward to re-building and strengthening our ability to continue our mission of service,” said Jeff Eastham, Operations Director.
In addition, Goodwill is looking forward to welcoming back customers to its weekly Auto Auction, As-Is Auction and Outlet store. Goodwill Store and Donation Center hours initially will be 10 am until 6 pm Sunday through Saturday. The stores will also be open from 9-10 am on Mondays for more convenience for seniors aged 60 and over. Once business becomes more normal, retail store and donation hours may increase.
