If you’re already stuck inside, take advantage of the opportunity to clear out your closets and storage spaces of any items you no longer want, need, or use. Have your children help you sort items into piles to keep, throw away, or donate. When you’re ready, corral the items you want to donate into a bag or box and then put them in the car for your next trip to Goodwill. Your donated items will be sorted and resold in our retail stores, where they’ll be given a second life by someone who needs them. Proceeds from the sale of your donated items will go on to support Ohio Valley Goodwill’s vocational programs and employment services for individuals with disabilities and our nation’s veterans.
