Every year during the first full week of May, Goodwill ® organizations across the United States and Canada celebrate the power of work through local events and promotions. This year, Goodwill organizations will celebrate Goodwill Industries Week from May 7 through May 13, 2017 and share information to build awareness about Goodwill’s mission and how people can join the celebration and make a difference in their communities.

Goodwill sells donated items in its more than 3,200 stores and online at shopgoodwill.com ® to create employment placement services, job training and integrated programs uniquely customized to meet the needs of job seekers in local communities. In the Greater Cincinnati area, Ohio Valley Goodwill has been providing award-winning programs and services for adults with disabilities and our nation’s veterans for more than a century and is proud to join in the national celebration of Goodwill Week.
