Ohio Valley Goodwill Shares the Love on Valentine’s Day with People for DD Services!

As a long-time partner of Hamilton County Developmental Disabilities Services (HCDDS), Ohio Valley Goodwill is pleased to partner with People for DD Services to host a showing for the ReelAbilities Film Festival. With a kickoff in March, the ReelAbilities Film Festival is coming soon, and People for DD Services will be hosting the showing of Mimi and Dona on Friday, March 10th at 3pm.

Appropriately enough, on Valentine’s Day, Ohio Valley Goodwill officially partnered with People for DD Services for this film, providing 45 tickets for the use of interested movie-goers who wish to see the film and support People for DD Services. Tickets can be obtained by contacting Hamilton County Developmental Disabilities Services at (513)794-3300 and asking for Community Relations.
The showing of Mimi and Dona, and the entire festival, will take place at the Duke Energy Convention Center. The film runs about an hour and will be followed by a short panel discussion on aging caregivers, which is a fast-growing topic of importance in our region.

There are still more than 200 tickets available and 90% of the proceeds from those tickets will be used to support People for DD Services and the Hamilton County DD Services Levy.
